Today consumers are increasingly attentive to food choices and what is ingested, these choices are influenced by different and interrelated factors that include both sensory and ideological characteristics.
The latest trends in the agrifood sector concern the search for sustainability in the food system and this means looking at environmental, social and economic aspects.
The aim of the project is to study and implement a solution that implements a multi-actor tracking process that allows the management of payments via smart-contract in all areas related to the production of a good and that allows you to study and find all the information on the product, from the birth of the raw material to retail, giving at any time the references and paths that the good had to face.
